Why isn’t More than Enough,
Enough Anymore? By Roney McIntyre Jr
A baker’s dozen is 13
I gave you 16 roses, seven
dollars, and a diamond
12 roses would have been an
insult
One hundred dollars would have
rendered you an afterthought
A diamond is forever
I gave you 16 roses
That’s 4 more than a dozen
I gave you seven dollars
Because your favorite candy is a
Zero
You can buy one every day for a
week, and
A diamond is forever
Why isn’t more than enough,
enough anymore?
By Vuyisile
Frozen tundra, a beautiful
sparkling white ice.
Beautiful polished in snow,
she's just dust inside a thin sparkling-glass sparkling dark eyes had seen
horrors, it's always unpleasant to see sparkling water; running the sparkling
white eyes.
She's decomposing to nothing but
her presence spark gusts
A sparkling soul born, saw dust
run faster than it settle.
The glass of moon that hides the
side that doesn't shine from my sight..
I know how she glows even if she
doesn't glow inside
